Side effects, by day since your dose
Each row is a week. Log how you feel and the pattern shows up on its own.
For your GLP-1, whichever you take
The next dose, your sites, your level, how you feel, what you eat and where your weight is heading. One calm app that follows your medicine’s own label.

Day 1 Dose day
The ring counts down to your next dose. Log it in one tap and a sweep of light starts the week again.

Day 2 Sites
Of the spots you use, the one rested longest is suggested, with when you last used every other.

Day 3 Level
How each dose rises and ebbs, from the half-life on your label, with every assumption written out. In Pro.

Day 4 Check-in
Side effects, appetite, food noise, energy and mood, so patterns show up on their own.

Day 5 Food
Three rings close through the day. Tap to add, tap minus to take one back, scan or search for the rest.

Day 6 Weigh-in
A dial, not a keyboard. Weigh-ins come in from Apple Health and go back to it.

Day 7 Progress
Weight lined up with every dose step, with a trend line in Pro, so one morning never tells the whole story.

Hushweek explains your medicine’s label and keeps your record. It never prescribes. Your doses are your prescriber’s call, and your log is yours alone.
Level estimate Pro
Each dose rises and ebbs, and the weeks build toward where your dose settles. Worked out from the half-life and time to peak on your label.
How the estimate works
An estimate, not a blood level. 100% is where your current dose settles once it has been taken on schedule.
Features
Each row is a week. Log how you feel and the pattern shows up on its own.
“Shot day” on your lock screen. Never the name of your medicine.
Your dose, and what the label lists next. Your prescriber decides.
Counted from your log, with the day it runs out.
A Home Screen widget, free. More widgets and Apple Watch with Pro.
If a dose is missed, instruct patients to administer MOUNJARO as soon as possible within 4 days (96 hours) after the missed dose. If more than 4 days have passed, skip the missed dose and administer the next dose on the regularly scheduled day. In each case, patients can then resume their regular once weekly dosing schedule.

Guides
Daily GLP-1 tablets have their own routine. How to fit your label’s instructions into your morning, log each tablet in a tap, and see your month at a glance.
PlanningCrossing time zones makes ‘Thursday at 8 pm’ slippery. How to see your dose time abroad, plan it with your prescriber, and pack your pens calmly.
LoggingRunning out of pens is stressful and avoidable. How to count doses left from your log, know the day your supply ends, and ask for a refill in time.
No. It shows what your medicine’s label says and where you are on its dose ladder. Your prescriber decides your doses, and every screen with a schedule says so.
No. It is an estimate from the half-life on your label, shown as a share of where your dose settles. Every assumption is written out beside it.
It follows the label of semaglutide (Ozempic®, Wegovy® and Rybelsus®), tirzepatide (Mounjaro® and Zepbound®), dulaglutide (Trulicity®) and orforglipron (Foundayo™), as weekly injections and daily tablets, in the US, and in the UK and Australia where a product is sold there; every label was last checked against the app on 11 October 2026. Any other GLP-1 is logged exactly as you write it, on your own schedule: liraglutide (Victoza®, Saxenda® or generic), Xultophy® and Soliqua®, compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide in the US, or a medicine you name yourself.
No. Hushweek works fully on your phone with no account, and what you log stays there. Signing in is optional: it keeps Pro with you, and with Pro your log is backed up to your account so it comes back on a new phone. You can delete the account any time.
